“The Best Me” Family Night by Kaiser Permanente begins at 6:00 p.m. tonight in the Multi-Purpose Room. There will be a performance, healthy meals for the first 200 attendees, and a resource table with take-home materials about healthy eating and active living. Bring the whole family and thrive!
